Team Leader

Care Workers and Senior Care Workers are the Front line staff within Admiral Care Services. You, as a Team Leader will work with them and the Office to ensure the Quality of Service offered to Service Users.

Our Care Staff work flexibly across a range of runs and provide High quality care and support to a range of Service Users. As a Team Leader you will work both on the Frontline with them and within the Office to offer support to the Teams and Service Users. To assist in this role you will be trained well in excess of the minimum standards, have access to a leading edge online support system, have regular face to face access and support from your line manager and the Senior Management team. You will be a key part of our team and recognised as such.

You will have:

At least one years full time (or equivalent) experience in a Care Role.

A full driving license

Access to a car for work puproses.

Membership / be eligible for membership of the Northern Ireland Social Care Council.
